Process

 

The process begins with our Olive Pit Wood which is milled from our local groves in the Kalamata region of Greece.  Through our patented process this Olive Pit Wood put is put into a firing Kiln which produces a black dust.  This black dust is the mixed with a vegetable starch which is then put into our pressing machine to produce the Olive Briq Briquette. 

 

The final step is then go through a drying process in our ovens to allow the perfect amount of moisture percentage mix creating the world’s best briquette.
